Detailed description of the works Shop front was replaced around June 2014 as existing frontage was dangerous and disintegrating. DCC have now issued notice for reinstatement and I wish to apply for retention permission and would like to find out approximates costs and advantages involved with engaging the services of a professional as opposed to completing the process myself. I have no idea what the budget for this should be so I have selected a small amount in the required field.
